Rava Dosa Mix



Rava (Semolina) is commonly used for preparing Upma and Dosa, both South Indian dishes that are easy to prepare and can be had for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Rava Dosa Mix, besides the Rava, generally contains wheat powder, salt, pepper, curry leaves and cumin and provides you a very tasty and convenient meal at very short notice. 


Water - 2 cups
Bakers Rava Dosa Mix
Oil - 1 tsp

Take 1 cup of Bakers Rava Dosa Mix and add 2 cups of water to it. Set aside for 15 minutes and your batter is ready to cook.
Add chopped onions, green chillies and coriander leaves, if required.
Spread sufficient thin layer of batter on hot tawa on medium flame. Add 1 teaspoon of oil on top and sides and roast in medium flame until golden brown.
Serve hot with Sambar, Coconut Chutney or Potato Curry.
