Corn flour is a fine powder made of ground kernels of the corn plant. It is used as a binding agent for puddings and similar recipes as well as a thickener for soups, sauces, stews and other dishes. It is also blended with wheat flour to minimize gluten for pastries, cake and other confectioneries.
Cream together 100g of margarine and 200g of sugar.
Beat in 2 eggs; add 100g of self raising flour and 100g of Bakers Corn Flour.
Add flavour to your taste, fill it into small well greased tins and bake in an oven at moderate heat for 20 minutes
Take it out of the oven and let the tins cool for 5 minutes before unmoulding. Tasty cakes are ready to be served.
