Veg Jelly
contains Agar Agar which is a vegetarian substitute for Gelatin. Agar Agar like
Gelatin thickens and solidifies food products to give the ‘jellied’ feel for
the desserts being made using the Jelly powder mix.
Bakers Jelly Mix Powder
Milk 500 ml
Mix the contents of Bakers Jelly Mix and Jelly Premix (break the lumps if any) in a dry vessel. Pour 500ml of boiling water to the above mixture and dissolve the jelly crystals completely. Pour into moulds.
Jelly sets at room temperature in 1 hour. Unmould and serve. Jelly is doubly delicious if chilled.
