Jelly powder is usually Gelatin mixed with sugar, flavouring and colour used in making ‘jellied’ desserts. We term this non-veg Jelly powder because Gelatin is made from cattle bones.

Ingredients

Bakers Jelly Crystals Gelatin Dessert
Milk 450 ml


Preparation

Empty the contents of Bakers Jelly Crystals Gelatin Dessert into a bowl. Add 2 cups (450ml) of boiling water and stir until dissolved. Cool and chill in refrigerator until firm.

Remove the jelly a few minutes before serving for extra flavour.
