Chocolate chips are small chunks of sweetened chocolate, used as an ingredient in a number of desserts and less commonly in some breakfast foods such as pancakes. The most popular among the desserts are chocolate chip cookies and muffins. Chocolate chips are often manufactured in teardrop-shape with flat circular bases.
Take I cup maida, 1/2tbsp white butter, 1 1/2 tbsp powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp Bakers Baking Powder, 1/2 cup Bakers Choco Chips and 1/2 tsp Bakers Vanilla essence. Mix all the above ingredients till it looks like crumbled bread.
Add 1/2 cup cold milk to this and roll into medium size cookies. Garnish the cookies with Choco Chips. Arrange in a baking tray.
Preheat the oven for 15 minutes. Bake the cookies at 160oC for 12 minutes. Your Choco Chip Cookies are ready to be served.
