Cornflakes are a breakfast cereal that was created in the US in the 1890s, made by toasting flakes of maize which is locally known as corn. As well as being used as a cereal it can be used as a substitute for bread crumbs in recipes and can be incorporated into many dishes while cooking.
Take 50g Bakers Cornflakes in a bowl.
Add milk (hot/cold) and sprinkle sugar/honey as per your taste.
Serve with fresh fruits for rich taste and extra nutrition.
